Wingate by Wyndham Salisbury

The room was nice. The hospitality was nice except for the bathroom floor was a little dirty. They should be really cleaned at least once a week. There was water on the floor after I got a shower and I took the towel to clean it up and the towel turned black.

I'm not sure if it's a normal thing for a multiple day stay, but housekeeping never checked in to see if anything was needed, or to empty trash, or bring clean towels. Otherwise, all was well! Front desk representatives were very courteous.

Absolutely five stars on everything! The location is close to the beach but in peaceful and quiet Salisbury, with a Denny's and a pizza place right next door. My daughter, husband, and I loved our cozy room with super comfy beds and the window overlooking the pool. Breakfast was delicious with a waffle machine and healthy options like nonfat yogurt and sugar free syrup that were still super tasty. Round the clock hot chocolate for free was excellent and my daughter and I went to the pool every night, too! We were sad to leave and even sadder when we noticed we couldn't find my daughter's shoes for school when we got home. I called the hotel, and they found the shoes and gave us a Wingate by Wyndham bag and a golden box of cookies as well as her shoes back, good as new. The lady who helped us is named April Hayward. God bless this hotel; it is definitely our favorite and we will go there again!

Nice rooms, comfortable beds and the staff are wonderful. My crew and I enjoyed our week stay. Lakesha with house keeping was awesome (I know it was probably more than just her but she was the last one to leave us a card) They always made sure we had fresh towels in our room, garbages were clean etc. Great stay.

Nice clean and quiet. Staff is very accommodating and the manager is also. They went out of their way to get me the best rate even making sure I was signed up for reward's

Great place for the price. Clean! The front desk lady was fabulous! ( I wish I had her name) Cleaning crew offered extra towels and blankets. It’s the little things that are hard to find these days.

Lindsey at the front desk was the best part of our stay. She was very welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. Every interaction with Lindsey was uplifting and fun. She was constantly in motion helping guests. The hotel itself is only 30 minutes from Ocean City and well worth the short drive to save money compared to staying in busy and over priced Ocean City.

Sharing a note about positive interactions with the friendly staff at this hotel, including Lindsey. The staff here have been helpful and kind! We have not stayed at this hotel, but we anticipated that we would be staying for a night in June 2025 and the staff we've interacted with have been very nice! The level of friendly interaction from this Salisbury hotel stands out!
